Fix incomplete results in queries with ARRAY JOIN, ORDER BY, and LIMIT

Fix the issue when a query with ARRAY JOIN, ORDER BY and LIMIT may return incomplete result. Fixes #10226. #10427 (Vadim Plakhtinskiy)
