Don't Log Messages About 16 EiB Free Space

Don't show messages about 16 EiB free space in logs, as they don't make sense. This closes #49320. #49342 (Alexey Milovidov).
Suppress log messages reporting 16 EiB free disk space, which are misleading and irrelevant.

Why it matters

This feature eliminates confusing log entries that indicate an unrealistic 16 EiB of free space. These messages do not provide useful information and can cause misunderstanding or concern for users monitoring disk space.

How to use it

This change is applied automatically in the logging system; users do not need to enable or configure anything to prevent these inaccurate 16 EiB free space messages from appearing in the logs.
