Loading of Keywords List Dependent on Server Revision for ClickHouse

The loading of the keywords list is now dependent on the server revision and will be disabled for the old versions of ClickHouse server. CC @azat. #63786 (Nikita Mikhaylov).
The loading of the keywords list is now conditional on the ClickHouse server revision, disabling this feature for older server versions.

Why it matters

This change ensures compatibility and stability by preventing the keywords list from being loaded on outdated ClickHouse server versions, avoiding potential issues caused by version mismatches.

How to use it

Users do not need to take any manual action. The keywords list loading will automatically be enabled or disabled based on the server revision detected at runtime.
