When selecting mark ranges

When selecting mark ranges from the primary key range, binary search cannot be used if the primary key is wrapped with functions. This PR improves this limitation: binary search can still be applied when the primary key is wrapped with an always monotonic function chain, or when the RPN contains an element that is always true.
